- M. Tamer ÖzsuCheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo
M. Tamer Özsu is a University Professor at the Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. His research focuses on data systems, particularly large-scale data distribution and the management of non-traditional (i.e., non-relational) data. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), and the Balsillie School of International Affairs (BSIA). He is also a Life Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Additionally, he is an elected member of the Science Academy of Türkiye and a member of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society.
- Jian PeiDuke University
Jian Pei is currently an Arthur S. Pearse Distinguished Professor at Duke University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, the Canadian Academy of Engineering, the IEEE and the ACM. His research interests lie in facilitating efficient, fair, and sustainable usage of data and data analytics for social, commercial, and ecological good. He has received the ACM SIGKDD Innovation Award, the ACM SIGKDD Service Award, and the IEEE ICDM Research Award. His publications have been cited around 130,000 times. He is also active in the professional community, having chaired ACM SIGKDD, organized many top conferences, and served as editor-in-chief or associate editor for flagship journals in the field.
- Xuemin LinShanghai Jiao Tong University
Xuemin Lin is a Chair Professor and the Head of the Department of Data and Business Intelligence at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a foreign member of Academia Europaea, a Fellow of the IEEE, and a Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association. His principal research areas include graph analytics and data mining. He is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University and a Visiting Chair Professor at Fudan University. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering from 2017 to 2021 and was an Associate Editor-in-Chief from 2015 to 2017.
- Wenyuan YuAlibaba Group
Wenyuan Yu is a Senior Staff Engineer and Director at Alibaba Group. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh. At Alibaba, he leads the Fusion Computing team at the Institute for Intelligent Computing, focusing on machine learning systems and graph computing. Wenyuan is the founder and project lead of GraphScope, Alibaba's open-source large-scale graph computing system, and Vineyard, the CNCF’s data sharing system. His research, published in top-tier international conferences and journals, has earned him recognition, including Best Paper awards at SIGMOD 2017 and VLDB 2010, as well as the SIGMOD Research Highlight Award in 2018.
